95/5 split or a 100% with small flat fee. Zero monthly or annual fees with full-blown benefits and lead funnels that comes from RE/MAX corporate direct to their agents. No joke, no tricks, no other fees, splits, or royalties due by agent – period. If I say it’s a 95/5 split, then it’s a 95/5 split. I don’t tolerate hidden fees and you shouldn’t either. I’m trying this out on just a few qualifying agents so if you’re thinking about it, don’t wait too long.
